Rink Hockey Events (eventshoquei.com) is a platform owned by Jordi Molist Pladevall for browsing and publishing rink hockey events: tournaments, camps and training sessions.
Use of the platform
The platform is free to access for any user. Publishing events is also free for organisers.
By accessing and using eventshoquei.com, you accept these terms of use.
Publishing events
Organisers who publish events on the platform accept that:
- Published information is truthful, up to date and their responsibility. Rink Hockey Events is not responsible for errors, changes or cancellations.
- Published content must not be false, misleading, offensive or unlawful.
- We reserve the right to remove or modify any event that breaches these conditions without prior notice.
- The platform does not intervene in the relationship between organisers and participants. Any issue related to an event is the organiser's sole responsibility.
Images and videos published by organisers
Organisers may upload images and add video URLs to their events. By doing so, they accept that:
- Published images and videos are their sole responsibility. Rink Hockey Events does not review or validate visual content published by organisers.
- Published material must not infringe copyright, image rights or any applicable law.
- If images or videos include minors, the organiser is solely responsible for obtaining prior consent from legal guardians.
- Offensive, inappropriate or unlawful content may not be published.
- Images are stored on Cloudinary (cloudinary.com), a third-party provider subject to its own terms.
- We reserve the right to remove any image or video that breaches these conditions without prior notice.
Notification subscription
Users who subscribe to notifications agree to receive emails about new events published on the platform. They may unsubscribe at any time.
Limitation of liability
Rink Hockey Events acts as an information directory and is not the organiser of any published event. We are not responsible for:
- Cancellations or changes to events by organisers.
- Damage arising from participation in any event.
- Errors or inaccuracies in information published by organisers.
- Content of images and video URLs published by organisers, including possible rights infringements.
Intellectual property
The design, code and own content of the platform belong to Jordi Molist Pladevall. Content published by organisers remains their responsibility and property.
Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page.
